How does the free trial work?+
You get 14 days of full Pro features. No credit card required. After the trial, you can pick any plan or just stop using it — we won't charge you.
What counts as an "employee"?+
Any active person who can log in. If someone leaves, deactivate them in Settings and they stop counting against your bill on the next cycle.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or annual billing?+
Annual billing saves 20% — toggle "Yearly" above. Nonprofit discounts are available; email sales@jobgridai.com.
